How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Courtneydowns Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, we want to know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What can you tell us about?
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Courtneydowns Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks confusing or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
What if the problem is with a provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Courtneydowns Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How do you file a complaint?
Email contact@courtneydowns.lat and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
What happens next?
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter, which may involve reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
What if it is still unresolved?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
